It’s Spring! Make This Smoothie to Celebrate

Strawberry – Rose Smoothie
(serves 2)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 2 cups unsweetened plain almond milk or unsweetened plain soy milk
  • ¼ – ½ teaspoon rose water (we used ½ teaspoon)*
  • 4 tablespoons sugar or to taste

Directions:

  • Mix and blend all ingredients in a blender till smooth. (Can also blend with a hand-held immersion blender.)
  • Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.

 

*You can find rose water at most Whole Foods locations.
